Tazer or Taser?

Taser

Well, actually it’s TASER, which is a trademark of Taser International, the company behind the technology of this self-defense weapon.  It’s just that some people call them Tazers.  Either way, they’re one of the best non-lethal methods of self-defense available.  A tazer can deliver a 50,000 volt electrical charge up to a distance of 15 feet to stop an attacker in his tracks.  Unlike a stun gun, which requires close personal contact, a tazer can be used at a distance.

Tazers feature reloadable cartridges which contain the projectile that delivers the charge, the wire that the charge is delivered through, and the propellant that drives the projectile.  They work by emitting a series of high-speed high-voltage pulses, which interfere with the bodies’ electrical system and cause uncontrollable spasms.  They continue to deliver this charge for 30 seconds after being fired, giving you the chance to drop the weapon and get away.  For more information on the tazer.

Tasers are now available to the average person

Tasers

Not too long ago, you had to be law enforcement or military to purchase a taser.  But that’s all changed now, since Taser International started making consumer models.  One of the latest is the Taser C2, with a very modern design and most of the same features as military and law enforcement models.  The C2 can deliver a 50,000 volt charge over a distance of 15 feet using it’s reloadable cartridge technology.

The cartridge contains the projectile which delivers the charge, the small, thin wire over which the charge travels, and the propellant that fires the projectile at your attacker.  A hit with a Taser will immediately drop the subject in their tracks, and continue to deliver a charge for 30 seconds after it has been fired.  This gives you plenty of time to drop the weapon and make your escape.  For more information on tasers.

The Taser Gun - One of the most effective self-defense weapons you can buy

Taser Gun

The taser gun is one of the most effective, non-lethal self-defense weapons available to the average person.  Completely legal in most localities, a shot with a taser will drop an attacker in their tracks every time.  The taser works by delivering a 50,000 volts pulsing electical charge to the attacker’s body, and interfering with the body’s elecrical system.  One advantage of the taser is that it can be used from up to 15 feet away, so you can drop your attacker before they get their hands on you.

Tasers use replaceable cartridges which contain the projectile, the small, thin wire used to carry the charge, and the propellant used to power the projectile to its target.  They are avialable with an optional laser sight for assistance in aiming - just like the ones found on police rifles.  Tasers are not as expensive as you  might think, and if you are considering buying a self-defense weapon, give the taser a look.  For more information on the taser gun.

The Taser C2 - A sleek, ergonomic design available in a variety of colors

Taser C2

The Taser C2 is a new model from Taser International that’s at least partially targeted to women.  It has a sleek, ergonomic design (it doesn’t really look like a handgun, which most Taser models do), and comes in a variety of colors.  Available colors include black, blue, silver, pink, red, leopard, forest camo and desert camo.  And it doesn’t scrimp on features — it has all the same features as the more traditionally styled M18 Advanced Taser.

You can use the Taser C2 from a distance of up to 15 feet, and it packs a 50,000 volt wallop.  Taser’s technology ensures that if you hit your attacker anywhere on their body, they’ll be dropped in their tracks.  The Taser C2 uses interchangeable cartridges which contain the projectile, wire and propellant needed by the Taser to operate.  And it includes a laser sight for pinpoint targeting of your attacker.  For more information on the Taser C2.

The Taser - Law enforcement uses them so why can’t you?

Taser

Well, in most states and localities you can.  Taser International produces two models for sale to consumers - the Taser C2 and the Advanced Taser M18.  The Advanced Taser M18 is shaped like a handgun and looks much like the models carried by law enforcement and military personnnel.  The Taser C2 has a sleek, ergonomic look and is targeted mainly to ladies - it’s available in a number of colors including pink and camo.

Both of these Taser models provide some of the features of law enforcement models — They can be used from up to 15 feet away, they continue to deliver a charge for 30 seconds after being discharged, and they deliver a 50,000 volt charge to your attacker.  Check the laws in your locality and then consider purchasing a Taser - it’s the most advanced non-lethal self-defense weapon available.  For more information on the Taser.

Incapacitate Instantly!

Incapacitate Instantly!

The new Taser C2 series has almost 100% effectiveness rating. It combines the injury reducing benefits of traditional stun technology with a quantum leap in stopping power via new Electro-Muscular Disruption (EMD) technology.  Police studies show that it has a higher instant incapacity rate than a 9mm hand-gun.  The Taser C2 will shoot out two darts attached to 15 feet of wire and lets 50,000 volts travel through the wire.  This power over rides the central nervous system and provides and incredible takedown power.

The Taser C2 requires a background check for it be activated.  So if you have a criminal record, you won’t be able to order one.  The Taser C2 has cartridges that have a unique serial number so the police can identify the user in case the device is misused.  There is a lifetime guarantee for this product.  As long as a police report is issued, the unit will be replaced free of charge.

TASER c2 review

The TASER c2 is top of the line in regards to stun gun products.

Several things to note about a TASER C2 is that people are often suprised that only 50k volts are used.  While most stun guns on the market start at 100k volts and go up into the millions of volts. Why is that?  In a simple term its called “testosterone poisoning”.  It is that simple.  Over 50k volts is fun to brag about having in your stun gun but it is not needed to bring someone down.  Its what the police use.

If you have never seen a TASER up front close and personal.  It sends out “probes”.  That is TASER’s term for them.  If I were going to discripe the probs I would use the term “Barbs”.  Like a fishing hook!  Really like a fishing hook that has been straightened out.  So be carefull when you fire this at someone.  Don’t fire at the eyes! It could really take an eye out. Seriously be aware of this.

Lets say you miss your target.  Not to worry. The TASER C2 can be used as a normal stun gun.  This feature is also effective you have several people you are fighting off.  Use the probes on one person then stun the others.

Colors.  I’m not into colors and could give a hoot about which you choose.  No big deal to me.

What about warning someone you are going to fire the TASER at them.  Well, if I was pointing a gun I would warn. But do to the safety of a TASER C2 by comparison….I think I would just fire away without a warning.  No point in giving heads up to some fool that shouldn’t be harassing me or my family.  POP! Down he goes and he can complain to the police. Because I know he’s not giving me a warning before I get shot. I sound a little mad but I’m not, just stating the facts.  Face these thoughts and situations BEFORE they happen.  Its much easier when it does happen because you have a plan.

Run on the bank and crime increasing…get a Taser

For many, its time to get a Taser.  I have been getting alot of questions about crime rates and the current run on banks.  Best time to get a Taser is before you need one for home protection.  With all this cash going to peoples homes. Crime rates are going to be going up.
