Pocket Keychain Whistle HP-388
My best friend is a Home Health nurse in Austin, Texas. She works all hours and in different types of neighborhoods. More bad neighborhoods than good, so this being said, she gets a little nervous going to some of her patients homes. I bought her the Electronic Pocket/Keychain Whistle HP-388, because it was small enough to put in her scrubs pocket and/or put on her keychain. (I believe it’s like 4″ long) You don’t have to worry about blowing a whistle or pulling a string. I used to have the kind you pull the pin out of. That was a headache, sometimes it would be pulled out accidentally and it took forever to put back in. This Keychain Whistle is simple, you just push a button. She told me she actually had to use the Keychain Whistle before and she said it sure did work. The attacker was scared and took off imediately as soon as she pushed the button. Check it out here at this really cool store for keychain whistles.
Shape up with Mace Pepper Spray
Shape up with Mace Hotwalkers. I love to go walking in the evenings to help me wind down for the night and to get a little exercise. Having a 1 pound wieght in each hand also makes me feel good. I think exercising safely is important. Do not let your gaurd down and walk out of the house without protection, mace pepper spray is perfect for some. Women and teenager girls are a perfect target for weirdos out there on the loose. I have found having the Mace Hotwalkers (I got it at a great price here) with me I am getting into shape and feel safe at the same time. I actually can tell a difference in my posture and the confidence in my step when I have Mace pepper spray with me. I am not scared and worried that I cannot protect myself. These have an elastic band to help hold them and foam for comfort. They also have a spot where you can put your money and keys. They are small compact and look like weights while you are walking. So you will catch a preditor off guard when you raise your hand and spray. ”Ah Ha, you just thought I was unarmed.”
My Favorite Winter Weather Taser
I want to tell you about my favorite winter weather taser, The C2 Taser, which is a non-lethal way of self defense. I know this is a little more expensive than a regular stun gun, but when it comes to my safety I do not mind paying the price. If you don’t like my color choice there are several colors to choose from, see colors. Shoots out two darts on a 15 foot wire that has a high voltage shock. This can be used anywhere on the body. This taser is a decent size and is easy to use. This taser doubles as a contact stun gun as well. Once the attacker is on the ground you have time to get away and get help. Because it penetrates up to two inches of cumulative clothing its great even in the colder climates.
Someone also told me that if you give a police report to the taser manufacterer, they will replace your taser for free. I am not sure how true this is, but hey, sounds good to me. Check out a Super Sale on Tasers
