The Stungun - An inexpensive investment in your personal safety and security
The stungun represents a fairly inexpensive way to increase your personal safety and security. Stunguns range in price from $20-$30 on up to around $100. They are a very effective weapon against an attacker. Stunguns work by delivering a very high-voltage (80,000 - 200,000 volts) shock to the attacker. This interferes with the attacker’s nervous system, causing uncontrollable spasms, which incapacitate the attacker.
Stunguns are available in a range of sizes and shapes. All are designed to be held in one hand for use. They all have some sort of trigger mechanism on them. You can get a small, 4.5″ long stungun, or you can get a 26.5″ long telescoping stun baton, which is the type used by many police and security personnel.
